The ELG Code of Conduct lays down the system of shared values and the corresponding ethical and professional standards that are binding on us all. In so doing, all employees undertake to act in the best long-term interests of ELG and our clients at all times.

The principles set out in the Code should characterize all our business activities and all our dealings with our stakeholders, including clients, employees, regulators and business partners.
